AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER

Qualifications:

• Professional experience in air freight forwarding – at least 1 year
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Very good computer literacy (MS Office package), business e-mail, dealing with a logistics software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer oriented
• Highly organized person, precise, adaptive to business needs
• Initiative and resilient personality.

AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER

The AIR FREIGHT FORWARDER processes clients’ orders for air freight transport and organises the service delivery. This role includes active communication with clients, interaction with carriers, agents and partners, preparation of offers, execution of all operational steps, dealing with shipment information and documents.

Main responsibilities:

• Responds to clients` quieries for air freight transport
• Creates a shipment solution
• Prepares pricing and quotation for spot request and for tenders, offering the solutions best matching the requirements
• Excecutes the whole process of the air freight service: from booking trough coordination with all involved parties to invoicing
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of the documentation and data entry in company software, thus contributing to correct reporting
• Respects the standard operational procedures and follow the internal rules of the company
• Strives to provide highest service level, competitiveness of company airfreight solutions and customer satisfaction.
