Accounts Payable Specialist with German

• Intermediate level of MS Office
• Advanced level of English language
• Advanced level of German language

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or active students last year of study Recent graduates

• Sort incoming post mails/emails
• Archive invoices
• Process PO and non-PO driven invoices in ERP system
• Perform legal ︁︀​︂︃︃​︇︃​︁︃︂compliance check on all invoices
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Follow up resolution on query invoices
• Respond promptly to BU/ Suppliers’ inquiries via email.
• Maintain folder structure as required
• Perform other activities associated with Accounts Payable
• Maintain Daily Production reports and all supporting database files
