* Solid accounting experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field, preferably in full-service accounting and financial reporting.
* Advanced tax knowledge: Experience in preparing and filing tax returns ( D300, D394, etc.). Well-known Romania personal and corporate tax(PIT, VAT, CIT, Custom tax and so on )
* Software skills: Advanced user of an accounting program (e.g. SAP, Saga) and very good knowledge of Excel.
* Detail orientation: Ability to check and correct complex financial documents, ensuring their compliance.
* Coordination skills: Experience in supervising a team or managing several accounting projects simultaneously.
* Analytical thinking: Ability to interpret financial reports and provide recommendations for optimizing processes.
* Legislative knowledge: Familiar with Romanian accounting and tax regulations.
* Excellent communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and procurement, explaining technical terms in a clear manner.
* Availability and flexibility: Open to learning new technologies and adapting to change.
* Relevant certifications: Holding a CECCAR or ACCA certification is an advantage.

Preparing and submitting tax returns and all declarations (e.g. SAF-T).
Supervising accounting processes and verifying their compliance with applicable legislation.
Analyzing and preparing financial reports (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow) for clients.
Providing support to HQ in order to optimize financial and tax processes.
Collaborating with the team to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of work.
Participating in internal/external audits and providing the necessary documentation for this purpose. Improving internal processes and contributing to the automation of accounting flows.
