The Following are the main tasks
- To provide support by managing daily accounting tasks.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices (use of electronic signature to upload the sales invoices to the SPV-Tax Office);
- Perform a physical inventory stocktaking
- Managing a register for control processes including the process for managing public authorities.
- Ordering and procurement management including the management of suppliers and purchasing.
- Update and record accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting projects.

Bucharest Golf Club is a new Golf Course opened in 2020, situated 24 KM from Bucharest in Snagov. The business has a team of 20 people. The business is involved in the management of a golf course, the running of a shop and the running of a restaurant. The business is dynamic and will develop into a residential property development company over the next few years.
Given the newness of the business we require individuals who are “self-starters” and are willing to embrace different task working with the existing team.
This job will be focussed on the finance and administration part of the business. The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and Owner. Holding a valid driving licence is essential.
It is an exciting new project and it offers the right candidate the opportunity to gain experience in wide range of tasks. The candidate will preferably live within proximity to the Golf Course.
