Preparing, updating and presenting project evaluations, status reports, and other documentation related to client management.

Descrierea jobului

Managing agency clients (both new and existing), starting from preparing cost estimates, contract signing, project implementation, and final reporting.
Identifying, contracting and managing relationships with suppliers and freelance teams necessary for project execution.
Managing the direct collaboration with the agency’s national field implementation teams by sharing internal project briefings, budgeting, campaigns’ training, and centralizing reports for clients.
Administrative Organization of Campaigns: Preparing materials for campaign execution, including internal briefings, training, and instructions for project implementation teams.
Financial Reporting: Completing internal financial reporting files, project codes, and contract annexes. Providing necessary specifications to other departments (accounting, HR, or IT) to ensure smooth information flow within the agency.
