We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Account Manager. In this role, will be ︁︀​︂︃︃​︁︂︇​︁︂︈responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that our agency contributes to their business success, and that they are satisfied with our services.


Working as part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Foster, maintain, and nurture the relationship with your client as a strategic business partner;
  • Collaborate with clients to develop campaigns that meet their objectives, providing campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations for ongoing optimisation.
  • Ensure smooth communication and deliverables between clients, our internal departments, and external partners such as Media service providers or Creative teams.
  • Proactively propose and constantly look for new development opportunities for both clients and the agency's business.
  • Understand client's goals and objectives to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Recommend and/or adjust an optimal mix of channels, formats, and other available solutions for the given context.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of the approved advertising plan and provide necessary information to colleagues and internal/external partners.
  • Manage the financial aspects of a project, to include; crafting estimates, client billing, monitoring against project budget, communicating variances to the team and potentially the client, and utilizing creative problem solving to recommend solutions to help in meeting project deadlines and budget parameters.

Of course, we do require a specific skillset with strong knowledge across all media channels however, what is equally just as important is we hire someone:

What Do You Need?

  • +5 years of agency experience;
  • Integrated campaign experience with ATL and digital production know-how;
  • Ability to establish priorities and objectives and make realistic commitments;
  • Ability to balance the needs of the client with the agency;
  • Ability to maintain constructive project goal direction in the face of unanticipated time constraints;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Romanian and English
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to receive feedback, gracefully maneuver and work within negative/constructive feedback as it relates to client deliverables;
  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments;
  • A team-oriented personality and leadership abilities.
