Job Description
Organizarea activităților echipei: Planificarea și coordonarea activităților zilnice pentru a asigura eficiența și calitatea serviciilor oferite.
Monitorizarea și controlul: Supravegherea proceselor de recepție, împachetare și livrare a mărfurilor pentru a asigura respectarea procedurilor standard.
Revizuirea și implementarea procedurilor: Evaluarea și actualizarea procedurilor operaționale pentru a îmbunătăți eficiența.
Raportare: Întocmirea și actualizarea rapoartelor în sistemul SAP și alte platforme relevante.
Programe de îmbunătățire: Participarea activă la inițiativele de îmbunătățire continuă a proceselor din depozit.
Comunicare interdepartamentală: Colaborarea strânsă cu alte departamente pentru a asigura un flux de lucru eficient și fără întreruperi.
Managementul performanței: Evaluarea și gestionarea performanței echipei, oferind feedback și suport pentru dezvoltarea profesională a membrilor echipei.
