Ideal Candidate
Requirements
Completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a related course of study or comparable training and further education
At least 3 years of professional experience in in the support service area or user authorization administration
Motivation and quick comprehension coupled with strong teamwork skills and communication skills as well as a high level of responsibility and quality awareness
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English (>=B2).
Fluency in German is a significant advantage. (>=B2)
Job Description
Essential tasks:
Receiving and processing BBV applications (new application, change, deletion), checking for completeness
Entering the processes into the BBV tool, forwarding to the groups involved and monitoring the process
Creating new users with the required authorizations in the AD (user ID, mailbox, file system) and outside
Audit-proof archiving of the original application
Informing employees about authorizations that have been granted (or rejected), processing queries
Optimizing workflows
Processing data inconsistencies between the “room book” tool and the “TIS-DB”
Creating reports
Ensuring compliance
Rejecting an authorization request submitted by email or incident ticket Granting authorizations according to the “BBV User Management Documentation” in the “Management Manual of TÜV SÜD BS GmbH”
In addition:
ITIL v4 certification
