Transport Coordinator

Requirements:

• Technical University degree;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport;
• Experience in technical distribution activities;
• Good knowledge of: operational standards, product handling and control, fleet maintenance, product distribution, HSE Audit, Safety Management (HSE), incident clasification, investigation & reporting;
• Excellent communication & planning skills;
• Problem solving;
• Flexibility;
• Orientation towards efficiency;
• Results oriented;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
• SAP knowledge;
• English fluency.

Scope of the position:
We are looking for a talented colleague committed to ensure fuel inventory management of MOL Romania network stations by coordinating the transport fleet in the assigned area and to coordinate transportation for wholesale customers of MOL Romania.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manages the stocks at MOL filling stations and wholesale customer orders received from the commercial department.
• Performs daily monitoring of the fuel stocks at the filling stations to plan routes for transport in the most cost effective in terms of MOL Romania costs.
• Provides to the customer the transport services in the contractual arrangements (are situated in SLA = Service Level Agreement).
• Collaborates with Commercial department, the warehouse operators and third parties to resolve operational problems.
• Provides answers to operational questions so as transport activity to be carried out without interruption.
• Updates the Routing & Schedulling applications on a monthly basis.
• Performs audits under the supervision of the Road Transport Manager, including technical ones for MOL stations or wholesales clients locations, and makes proposals for improvements.
• Contributes to investigating accidents and takes all necessary measures to prevent future occurence.
