• Strong understanding of warehouse structures and logistics processes. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with work in Warehouse.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems encountered in specific operations, and being able to understand the specific process and its logic
• Independence in action.

• Ensuring the proper course and the highest possible standard of training for newly hired employees.
• Reporting employees' achievements and skills to supervisors.
• Providing additional training to employees in specific warehouse areas.
