Qualifications:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering or vocational training in an electrical field with further qualifications as a master craftsman or certified engineer
- Ideally, several years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and advanced English skills
- Strong didactic and communication skills to explain complex content clearly
- Confident demeanor, high resilience, and strong team player
- Comfortable with heights and holds a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Solution-oriented mindset with intrinsic motivation to proactively tackle challenges

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions in Romanian and English using various learning methods
- Provide technical advice and support to employees and external service providers on technical questions and issues
- Evaluate participants' knowledge and skills, supporting them in applying theory to practice
- Participate in ongoing training and hands-on assignments at our Wind Energy Converter
- Collaborate and coordinate with external training service providers
- Ensure training tools and materials are regularly updated, reviewed, and maintained
- Further develop educational plans
