Trade Recruitment Team Leader

We are looking for you, a Team Leader with a commercial spirit, a proactive attitude and coordination skills, to complete our Commercial Recruitment team in Iasi. We are searching for a new team member for our dynamic recruitment department from Iasi. ︁

Requirements

We would like you to have:

· experience of at least 1 year in coordinating a team; nice to have experience for volume accounts;

· excellent English skills (B2-C1) and advanced MS Office knowledge

· availability for occasional travel;

· dynamism;

· flexibility;

· involvement and openness;

· be passionate about your development and that of coordinated people.

Responsibilities

Then you will have the role of:

· strengthening the Iasi Recruitment team and ︁ensuring proximity ︁management for 6 recruiters;

· coordinating and motivating the team in order to achieve the established targets/ objectives;

· ensuring the transfer of tasks to team members and intervene in resolving difficult situations;

· creating a positive work environment, ensuring the individual and collective coaching of the team;

· coordinating the entire recruitment process;

· creating and maintain a very good collaboration with recruiting managers and external partners;

· managing the reports, monitoring and improving the team KPI;

· engaging the team in meeting the deadlines;

· organizing recruitment events and job fairs;

· travelling : domestic and international travel (25%-30%).
