Job Description

Candidate Responsibilities
Supports the overall RFI process of Rhenus Logistics SRL in all its stages.
Reports regularly to the Managing Director and attends regular sales and management meetings.
Keeps close track of the RFQs / RFIs status and deadlines and ensures timelines are followed.
Maintains constant and regular communication with all departments within the company, but also with the centralized FTM (Freight Tender Management) Team in Germany.
Supports the overall RFQ process of Rhenus Logistics SRL, namely:
 Receives RFQs (Requests for quotation) from various internal and external sources.
 Maintains various Key Accounts individual Tendering Platforms and handles all RFQs launched herein.
 Evaluates RFQs based on predefined criteria and proceeds to accept or decline further participation.
 Documents RFQs based on the internal SOP. This also includes reviewing tender documentation and providing summaries with the most relevant information.
 Assigns RFQs internally following predefined internal criteria.
 Communicates the RFQs internally to the assigned responsible(s). This also includes providing external or internal deadlines, depending on the situation.
 Processes the RFQs upon completion. This includes: monitoring the bidding process and provide assistance where / if needed, upload or send the filled-in rate files and any other requested documents, follow-up in case of further bidding rounds (2nd / 3rd rounds), managing feedbacks (declined bids, partial or full nominations) and assist with implementation of the contract in case of an award or nomination.
 Sustains the daily maintenance of the already set rolling RFQs Reports. Develops an internal tool to generate frequent (monthly / yearly) efficiency reports and statistics to be shared with the management and the sales team.

Pursuant to the legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data, you have the following rights:
- to request access to Personal Data from the Company, as well as rectification of the data;
- to request the deletion of Personal Data, to oppose to its processing, with the mention that this will not affect the legality of the processing performed before you oppose to the processing;
- to request the restriction of the processing until the rectification of the data is carried out or, insofar as you oppose to the processing, until the moment of solving this request;
