Job Description
The Telesales Representative will prospect, contact and promote company services to new and existing clients
Hunting: Identify new opportunities to promote and commercialize the company's solutions and services to new clients.
He/she will be in charge of:
- prospecting the market through various available channels: databases, networking, media, recommendations
- identifying new opportunities to promote the company's services by contacting potential clients (by telephone and / or by email)
- informing other members of the department about the opportunities identified in order to define the best solutions for the client
- qualifying leads and service presentations for prospective clients starting from the identified needs
- negotiating specific contractual terms with potential clients in collaboration with the direct superior and in accordance with the applicable law and the company's internal procedures
- preparing and providing analyses and reports on the identification of potential clients
- participating in projects of interest to clients, partners

OUR CSR INNITIATIVES
The European FOOD (Fighting Obesity through Offer and Demand) programme is the largest European public-private project launched and coordinated by Edenred since 2009 in 10 EU countries, including Romania. FOOD mobilises 31 prestigious public and private partners, such as the National Institute of Public Health and the Association of Family Doctors Bucharest-Ilfov at national level. The objective of the programme is to promote healthy eating habits, both by raising awareness of how food affects the health of employees and by reducing food waste, with a direct impact on the restaurants involved in the project.
