Ideal Candidate
- Secondary/ higher technical education.
- Experience in: Automation / Electromechanics / Applied Electronics / Machine Construction Technology.
- Proven experience in machinery and equipment maintenance, preferably with Savoy lines or similar systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and optimize industrial equipment.
- Leadership skills with experience in team management and development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- In-depth understanding of OHS and fire protection standards.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement.
- Initiative, teamwork spirit, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Medium-level English language skills are mandatory.
- Availability for a 3-shift schedule.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Management
- Develop and manage the Maintenance Department to ensure the seamless functioning of machinery and equipment.
- Oversee the management and proper utilization of entrusted spare parts, tools, and devices.
- Ensure the technical condition and optimal performance of Savoy lines, identifying and resolving any issues.
- Performs preventive and corrective maintenance for the entrusted equipment.
- Enhance personal technical knowledge and implement strategies to optimize Savoy lines for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication of relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and improve the qualifications of the assigned work team, promoting skill enhancement and growth.
- Maintain a positive working atmosphere and ensure the psychological well-being of team members.
- Provide the necessary tools, resources, and conditions to enable team members to achieve their goals effectively.
- Facilitate the sharing of essential information with external and internal partners to ensure operational continuity.
- Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and fire protection (PO) standards in the assigned section, ensuring a safe working environment.
