Job Description

Technical Support & Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Technical support
Support Assist customers with troubleshooting platform-related issues (e.g., payment processing, integrations, order management).
Provide guidance on setting up and optimizing e-commerce stores.
Escalate complex issues to the development team and ensure timely resolutions.
Stay updated on platform features and improvements to provide accurate assistance.

🔹 Sales & Customer Success
Identify sales opportunities and recommend platform upgrades or additional services.
Guide potential clients through the onboarding process and help them get the most out of our platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing users to ensure retention and growth.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to prospects and clients.

🔹 Communication & Reporting
Document customer interactions and solutions provided in CRM and ticketing systems.
Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our platform and services.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to enhance the overall user experience.
