Technical Support(Networking) -- German / French / Spanish

We're looking for German / Spanish / French speakers for our Technical Support Team, L1 and L2 positions available, Work From Home is allowed.

To help cosumers who are using TP-Link network products, We hope you have:

​Good language skills(Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing); - Mandatory requirement;

Good learning skills, for Network and IT knowledge;

Good service skills, to make cosumers satisfied.

Technic background/Call center experience will be more competetive;

Daily tasks:

Help consumers who contact TP-Link Support, to solve their problem, questions;

Support channels: Phone Calls, Email, Online Chat;

Knowledge improvement/Certificate by TP-Link:

Receive the professional training for TP-Link products/Troubleshooting skills;

You can attend TP-Link Certification Test, and receive official certificate after pass the test.
