Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Conduct an analysis of the company's competitors
  • Develop proposals of business development ideas of the company;
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor statistics, as well as carry out the activities necessary to obtain better sales results;
  • Monitor the quality of customer service in branches and the sales process
  • Active sales work enrolling new customers, maintaining/developing a customer relationship
  • building and developing new customer relationships
  • advising clients, ensuring positive and consistent contact and asking for feedback
  • compiling price offers for customers, as well as distributing promotional materials
  • providing comprehensive and product-related information (about the characteristics of the product, the meaning of internationally used or well-known symbols, conditions of use, price, warranty period, etc.)
  • working together with technical department to provide the best solution to the customer
