Job Description
- Organize the work schedule for the team under your supervision.
- Monitor and assess both the qualitative and quantitative performance of team agents.
- Motivate and develop team members.
- Prepare specific Call Center reports.
- Implement work strategies for the Call Center.
- Identify and propose solutions for improving and streamlining the debt collection process.
- Ensure the team has the necessary resources to perform their tasks effectively.
- Set team and individual work objectives aligned with the organization’s strategy.
- Establish performance standards and ensure clear communication to help each team member meet these standards.
- Allocate, distribute, and evaluate tasks within the team.
