Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Good all-round sporting knowledge and a strong interest in betting and odds.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent understanding of betting percentages, margins…etc.
- High level of computer literacy.
- High level of computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- High level of verbal and written communication skills (English language)
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

- Compilation of betting odds for specific sports and markets.
- Trading and management of betting markets and associated risk management.
- Constant monitoring of all incoming bets across Online and Retail channels.
- Work towards financial targets set by senior management.
- Analysis of product performance and all related business.
- Manage all sports and markets in accordance with directed parameters.
- Constant tracking and comparing of betting offer with competitors.
- Monitor all live sports actions.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
- Close co-operation with all related teams within the company (Fraud, Risk, Compliance, Marketing…).
