Ideal Candidate
- Education/Training: University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Project Management, or Accounting
- Professional Experience:
- At least 3 years of similar experience in a client environment area, preferably within the SSC/BPO sector
- Exposure to project management tasks is preferred
- General awareness regarding financial services
- Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Job Description
- Be the first-level contact person for all clients (especially ABPs) with regard to contracts
- Take responsability for the contractual landscape of EBS Cluj (with the support of Legal and Tax)
- Maintain and update the Finance Framework Agreement, including accession agreements with service recipients
- Create and send out BLAs with the help of the customer database
- Set up side-letters to BLAs and Project Agreements
- Take over all tasks regarding customer meetings, for example setting up all meetings, preparing Service Meeting materials, evaluating topics that need to be discussed, and following up (meeting minutes, follow-up emails, agreed actions, improvements)
- Be responsible for the Service Delivery Meetings and maintain close communication with SDM, informing them about current issues and the status of meeting topics
- Review the customer interaction process and make improvements regarding the higher performance of services offered
- Analyze trends and opportunities for implementing new tools/systems within the customer interaction environment, administrate and follow the escalations
