- Identify operational issues and provide solutions for improving workplace productivity

- Ensure HR operations are in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for leadership positions
- Identify the best channels for finding recruits, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar
- Collect employee feedback through surveys, exit interviews, and training sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, or a relevant field
- Proven ability to develop and nurture business partnerships
- Familiarity with HR best practices and labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues, identify solutions, and implement strategies.
- Skilled at conflict resolution and mediation.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to implement HR processes and manage large-scale projects.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to HR strategy.
- Experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
