Experience & abilities
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related role (min 3 years);
- Experience in a marketing/advertising agency or in content writing for various industries;
- University degree;
- Fluent English;
- Good PC skills (MS Office, CRMs, task management apps, etc).
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members;
- Ability to present and defend creative ideas confidently;
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and innovation;
- Results-driven, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality work;
- A deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and online advertising trends;
- A creative mindset with a knack for crafting engaging advertising content;

Job Description
Content Creation: Craft and adapt messages for various formats such as print ads, brochures, invitations, email designs, outdoor ads, TV scripts, website text, and other promotional materials.
Campaign Adaptation: Adjust and refine creative concepts provided by clients for email marketing or other channels.
Feedback and Approval: Submit initial proposals and revisions to the Head of Department for approval, ensuring they meet communication objectives.
Implementation Support: Ensure concepts are practical for implementation by other departments while maintaining coherence, balance, and aesthetic quality.
Team Collaboration: Work with the Art Director to visually represent creative concepts.
Client Communication: Address client inquiries related to creative aspects of campaigns.
Analysis and Strategy:Review past and current client communication strategies to refine creative direction.
Analyze competitors’ campaigns to provide fresh and effective ideas.
Deadlines and Precision:Respect all deadlines set by management and clients, ensuring timely delivery of creative work.
