We are searching for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Consultant with 2-5 years of experience in accounting or audit to join our team in Bucharest. Candidate requirements
- University degree in economics
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting or financial audit (mandatory requirement)
- Good knowledge of Romanian accounting standards (mandatory requirement)
- Previous experience in an international accounting or audit firm would be a plus (e.g. at least one audit busy season completed)
- Mastering of Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong report writing and presentation skills in both Romanian and English
- Overall business awareness and exposure to different industries
Other requirements
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Ability to work in a project driven environment
- Proactive, "can do" attitude
- Active listening and ability to understand clients' needs
- Fluent in English
- Business travel availability (less than 20%)
