Job Description
- Organization and maintenance of the company's accounting records (including monitoring accounts payable and receivable);
- Formation of tax policy based on accounting data and reporting, preparation of proposals for tax optimization;
- Calculation of taxes and timely payment to budgets;
- Ensuring timely and accurate recording of business transactions, movement of assets, income and expenses, fulfillment of obligations in accounts;
- Conducting operations, recording primary accounting documents, executing payments to counterparties;
- Preparation of annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement, statement of changes in equity, and notes;
- Controlling payroll calculations and organizing salary payments;
- Preparing timely and accurate financial, tax, and operational reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
- Execution of licensing fees and obligations;
- Managing funds in the company's accounts and payment systems;
- Interacting with auditors (AML, ONJN);
- Submitting reports to ONJN, communicating with tax authorities to reconcile data and address outstanding issues;
- Inventorying assets;
- Performing other tasks within their competence as assigned by the financial director or company management;
- Providing methodological assistance to the heads of organizational units and other employees on accounting, control, and reporting issues;
- Responsibility for maintaining accounting documentation in accordance with current regulations;
- Actively monitoring all legislative changes and norms in the field of accounting and their application in business;
- Providing analytical reports at the request of the company’s management.
