Sales Transition Project Manager

• Defines the objectives, plans and coordinates the execution and completion of the implementation of complex and non-standard ICT projects. Manages the resources, maintains the relationship with the internal and external client, as well as with the suppliers involved in the implementation of the solutions.
• The responsibility of PM Sales Transition starts from the signing of the Contract by the representative. of sales until the completion of the implementation of the solution and its invoicing.
• The role requires solid knowledge of MS Project and Project management

• Defines the purpose, objectives and deliverables of the project in collaboration with all parties involved; He/she is responsible for the development and management of the project from the point of view of project management from the conception phase until the end of the implementation phase and the delivery of the project in the operational area;  Manages the relationship with the resources involved in the project;
• Manages the relationship with the stakeholders from the client's side and Orange side;
• Communicate the expectations related to the project to the team members and to all the parties involved, on time and in a clear manner;
• Establishes the deadlines and intermediate objectives of the project using appropriate tools;
• Monitors the fulfillment of intermediate objectives and deliverables;
• Determines the frequency and content of progress/status reports together with the project team, analyzes the results and deals with solving the problems that arise;
• Defines the success criteria of the project and distributes them to the parties involved throughout the project;
• Responsible for project risk analysis;
• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables sent to clients within the projects;
• Identifies and resolves problems and conflicts with the project team;
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documents and presentations;
• Team Coordination: (e.g. goals setting, activity monitoring; KPIs follow-up; dead-lines monitoring etc)
• Manage project team (Sales, Presales, TD, PUR, Supply Chain, Partners) in order to achieve project objectives and KPI’s
• Organize and coordinate regular meetings, kick-off, status/progress meetings
• Direct Reports Development: (e.g. coaching, mentoring, induction, delegation of tasks & authority, job rotation, career pathing, direct reports participation in trainings/conferences/seminars...)
• Strategy Elaboration (incl. Planning and Strategic Forecasting and Policies): (e.g. company level, departmental or sub-departmental levels)

• Proven knowledge and certifications in Project Management
• MS Project
• Experience in negotiations
