Sales Representative EDU-TECH, B2C

• You will be working with the potential students of the academy, doing follow-up calls after the information meetings, as well as:
• Providing the highest quality of education consultancy (mostly via phone and e-mail);
• Providing information for clients, in order to register to a course;
• Performing actions to acquire new customers (closing deals with potential customers, and catching up contacts from the webpage);
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients; Participation in other promotional activities, as events and exhibitions, when the case;

• Similar work experience, preferably 6 months of experience in sales to individual customers;
• Junior to Mid-level experience: Ambitious, talkative and energetic person with a proactive personality and great communication skills;
• Effective negotiator focused on building relationships;
• Willingness to develop the skills and learn; Interest in IT field and customer service;
• Native Romanian speaker

• Experience with call center systems and CRM systems;
• Experience in public speaking - You will be able to represent the company in the webinars.
