At Eckerle Romania, we want to create a new local sales Hub who will be a new important part of our global team. The new sales role will be a strategic one that stimulates the local expand of consumers and our technological solutions.
We’re seeking a qualified Sales Manager who can help keep the core of the company running with their own sales skills. The ideal Sales Manager has deep experience with the entire sales process, excelling at deal closing and relationship building. We’re looking for a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills — someone with a successful track record and who has very strong connections on the market. The role demands a professional who has a sharp mind. Very good entrepreneurial orientations and focus on the results.

Required skills and qualifications:
  • Five or more years of experience in managing sales in an industry.
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • Good connections in the Romanian industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Superb presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Motivational speaking experience.
  • Proven success rate at sales quotes.
  • English-professional.
  • German- it's a plus.

Job Description

Objectives of this role:
  • Developing a panel of new clients.
  • Identifies new business opportunities and focuses on as many successes as possible in implementations.
  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
  • Research clients’ needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  • To establish strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's local reach.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Ensure that company financial quotes are met by holding check-ins with the management team to set objectives and monitor progress.
