Experience Requirements
• 2 – 3 years of Experience in B2B sales, in Sales or Marketing related roles.
• Specific commercial experience in industrial sales will be appreciated.
Knowledge
• Excellent command of the local language and good command of English is a must.
• Good computer Knowledge is a must.
• Knowledge of Clean Driving license.
Educational requirements
• Preferably a degree/diploma in Engineering or at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• A Relative Masters is a plus

• Hold an open communication at all levels.
• Self-motivated, self-organized, energetic with high level of responsibility and loyalty.

Job Description
Position Mission
• Promote the sales of the Group’s Core Equipment, achieving the Company’s annual projection targets for sales, turnover, profitability, stock/inventory and market share in the range of products under responsibility and appointed territory.
• Achieve profitable growth by focusing on sales, growing the market share, including customer share and consolidated profitability.
• Support the National Sales Manager with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions and tools, optimization of the organization and training of distributor’s and other employees.
• Promote all necessary cooperation to realize the whole sales cycle necessary to obtain the orders/purchase, contracts, delivery and money collection according to the Standard Conditions of Sales and Credit Policy in place. (identify opportunity, present proposal, negotiate, close the deal follow up payment).
Basic Responsibilities and objectives
Marketing/Competition Analysis /Planning
• Monitor the market and competition. Track the market shares (orders won- lost) within the territory. Gather, evaluate and analyze information about the market. Track CT equipment in operation (AC, BP, Competitors). Provide the necessary reports
• List potential customers by product segment. Share information about new potential business with management. Identify areas of growth,
• Create action plans with the identified time required and cost. Follow up and report monthly.
• Participate in seminars, exhibitions and contribute to other marketing activities when required
BtoB Development /Customer satisfaction /Increase Market Share
• Support the AC Group’s vision “First in Mind, First in Choice” by nurturing a Customer-Care driven culture through visits, telephone calls and correspondence including Key Accounts Management and support to distribution. to preserve that Atlas Copco is in a leading position. a Customer-Value/Loyalty and
• Actively promote the complete product range under responsibility. Visit the clients on a regular basis, understand their needs and prepare customized technical proposals and commercial offers. Support our distributors.
• Cooperate closely with the Service Team of your area. Aim to measure your market and competition, act proactively in responding to your customer demands. Escalate any concerns /issues or request that you cannot handle with your colleagues to your immediate manager while preserving the respect towards your colleagues.
• Consult with direct manager proposal details as pricing, type of product, parts and service, warranty.
• Cooperate closely with Accounting and the Credit to follow up promptly all payments and collections for the invoiced contracts
