We are looking for new members in our Risk Team!

Your workday will just fly by as you will:
• Periodic risk governance and tracking of DC-level risk deliverables;
• DC-level BCMS and support with BCMS testing;
• Coordination with and support to Operations over account-level Risk deliverables and reviews;
• Coordination with and support to BEF’s over Risk metrics and Risk-related actions;
• Physical Site Risk Assessments (quarterly) with support from local BEF SPOC’s;
• Awareness and training for staff (Risk awareness sessions, BCMS trainings, continuous and ongoing follow-ups for compliance);
• Compliance on Risk trainings (mandatory as well as non-mandatory);
• Incident management support and driving actions towards closure;
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with contractual commitments as well as local and statutory regulations;
• Resolution of incident AHD’s by coordinating with relevant SPOC’s;
• Support with supplier categorization, liaising with local POC’s for required inputs;
• Support for internal compliance assessments (initiation, coordination with Ops and BEF’s for required artifacts/responses, follow-ups on open NC’s, assessment closure actions);
• Support for internal/external audits (ISO, SSAE 18/ISAE 3402 etc.) as well as client-driven audits;
• Support with client visits to the DC, and lead discussions from a Risk perspective;
• Regular connects with Operations, BEF’s, DC Head and other stakeholders (internal/external) for identifying Risk-related concerns/challenges and support with mitigation strategies, ways to address etc.;
• Periodic check on compliance requirements and controls implemented;
• Drive risk and compliance initiatives across the DC to maintain a “risk-aware” and “100% compliance” culture amongst employees and stakeholders.
