- Abilitati cu sisteme de lucru al departamentului tehnic.
Job Description
- Asigura administrarea si gestiunea materialelor de laborator (consumabile, reactivi si asimilate), asigurarea conformitatii, inregistrarii si distribuirii;
- Asigura legatura intre laboratoare si firmele de mentenanta/reparatii;
- Tine evidenta interventiilor asupra echipamentelor;
- Actualizeaza lista echipamentelor existente in laboratoare; marcheaza echipamentele scoase din uz si care sunt defecte;
- Intocmeste programul de etalonare a laboratoarelor si il actualizeaza bi-anual;
- Completeaza fisele de evidenta a reactivilor din magazie, administreaza comenzile efectuate catre furnizori, le inregistreaza si le distribuie conform cerintelor laboratoarelor;
- Asigura interfata cu firmele de service si achizitioneaza piesele de schimb necesare interventiilor;
- Receptioneaza referatele de necessitate din partea laboratoarelor si achizitioneaza echipamentele de protective.
- Mentine legatura cu furnizorii de autoturisme in regim de leasing, cu furnizorul de carburanti,
- Obtine certificatul DSVSA pentru autoturismele de transport cu temperature controlata.
- Organizeaza, coordoneaza si raspunde de activitatea soferilor.
- Este responsabil de sistemul de securitate al cladirii.
