*Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in B2B Sales or Telesales domains;
*Knowledge of Romanian market, corporate and professional markets and ability to identify and manage various risks and opportunities;
*Office 365; CRM knowledge - Sales force will be a plus;

*English skills - medium level (written and spoken).

Job Description
🚀 Your next challenge
As Merchants Inside Sales, you will be responsible to create partnerships in B2B business environments with merchants, service providers, manufacturers and any other entity, in order to develop promotional activities aimed at providing benefits to our beneficiaries / customers / affiliates, using alternative channels: outgoing calls, video meetings, chats, webinars and other technologies emerging.
What you'll be doing:
Sales activities:
*Make the necessary number of qualified calls and video meetings, based on the commercial objectives;
*Ensure that sales activities are effectively planned for the optimal use of time and resources;
*Monitor and act efficiently, taking into account new information about new or existing clients;
*Meet the performance indicators for affiliates and maintain the clarity of the decision-making process in order to determine the operating capacity according to the affiliates' needs and to solve any client's problem;
Acquisition activities:
*Fulfilling individual objectives by developing the affiliate network;
*Be able to identify and record adequate level of information to open future opportunities;
*Monitoring all new information received about (potential) affiliates, both inside and outside the company;
*Elaboration of the plan and objectives necessary for the affiliation process;
Maintenance activities:
* Build and maintain long-lasting relationship with clients; by meeting the retention rate set for its portfolio and ensuring profitability growth;
* Develops and maintains a good knowledge of products and services, trends in the field and competition;
* Ensures retention of the contracts with the existing affiliates and maintains a target retention rate within his/her designated portfolio;
