Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Cluj-Napoca

We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, who will manage and support all requirements of Trade Compliance and Checkpoint programs for sales office in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Poland and Ukraine.
You will play a key role conducting daily activities on behalf of the legal entity ensuring that these activities are undertaken in conformance with the trade compliance policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Conduct screening and analyze the results;
* Release export holds in a timely manner;
* Process standardization and optimization;
* As a Checkpoint Champion for the locations assigned, you will be responsible for understanding in detail the Checkpoint process, Emerson’s policy and expectations with respect to 3rd party due diligence
* Serves as the single point of contact for Trade Compliance and Checkpoint blocking issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience;
* English – excellent oral and written language skills;
* 2-3 years of previous experience in compliance or a similar field;
* Good PC skills: MS Office Package (especially Excel) and MS Outlook;
* Logical thinking, strong organizational skills, reliable and good attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Knowledge of Customs and Logistics Terminology and Trade Compliance requirements, including Import, Export Compliance and Supply Chain Security;
* Knowledge of Compliance program requirements;
* Knowledge of Export regulations and sanctions.
