Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Regional Visual Merchandiser. In addition to being adaptable and having a positive mindset, there is a particular set of skills we expect from the ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of experience as a Store Manger, Deputy Store Manager or Visual Merchandiser;
- Is actively interested in fashion, current trends and the clothing industry;
- Has good people skills and can communicate in an effective manner;
- Is available and ready for frequent business trips and has a valid driving license - B category;
- Knows English at a level which enables easy and efficient communication.
Job Description

- Maintain Mohito’s brand image in line with the brand’s concept;
- Develop training modules focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, customer service, negotiation skills and communication;
- Ensure that the sales teams are well-versed in the features, benefits, and competitive positioning of products;
- Stay informed on industry trends: Regularly research and track changes in the industry, new sales methodologies, and competitors' strategies;
- Analyze sales results in specified stores;
- Provide on-site support as needed to ensure the sales team is prepared to engage with customers effectively;
- Work closely with regional sales managers to understand performance gaps, training needs, and strategic priorities;
- Support the opening of new Mohito stores in terms of Visual Merchandising;
- Participate in the creation of videos for stores;
- Close cooperation with Regional Sales Managers and Store Managers.
