Regional Manager Transylvania

• ​BA/BS University degree in the area of marketing, construction or business administration preferred
• Experience in management and leadership will be considered as advantage
• English language - at least level B2-C1
• Bulgarian language will be considered as advantage
• Experience in the area of construction and engineering will be considered as advantage

• Recruiting, training, and supporting Sels representatives as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
• Identifing business opportunities with current and prospective customers.

• Developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans.
• Developing and implements the sales strategies so that sales targets are met in accordance with the business plan of the company and possibilities of the local market.

• Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Recommending changes in products, services, and sales policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
