Your main responsibilities:
- SAP key user (SAP-MM) / S4 Hana;
- Evaluations in Excel;
- Generate AFO evaluations;
- Convert requirements from the purchasing business into processes;
- Key User Role for SAP R3 / MM-module and later on for S4Hana;
- Risk management, Inquiry process, Sustainable Supply Chain, Supply Chain Finance;
- Support of operational purchasing in process issues;
- Maintenance of SharePoint site of our technical purchasing department;
- Development and implementation of lean methods in technical purchasing;
- Participation in customizing as well as introduction of innovative tools in the course of digitalization;
- After on-the-job training, takeover of projects for further development of the purchasing department;
- Training for colleagues – SAP.
Therefore, a successful candidate would have:
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a related field of study;
- Good knowledge SAP / S4 Hana;
- Solid experience with the MS Office package, in particular Excel (Pivot knowledge);
- Ideally first experience with VBA and SAP BW/BI / AFO;
- Experience in an interdisciplinary team and strong communication skills;
- Fluency in English ( German language is a big plus).
