About The Role
We have opened a brand new office in Iasi and looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable individual to join the Linguist Recruitment team. Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm on a hybrid basis.
You will act as the first point of contact to recruit and engage with linguists to help support the businesses requirements and goals.

- Experience within a customer service / office based role is advantageous

Job Description
- Onboarding linguists which includes obtaining relevant documentation, setting up profiles on the system and ensuring they complete all steps in our onboarding checklist
- Contacting and engaging with new and existing linguists to keep them engaged and encourage them to take work
- Ensuring all linguists are onboarded compliantly
- Handling with day-to-day queries
- Contacting linguists via both phone and email
- Inputting information into a database
