Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive knowledge of ISO 17025, 14001, 45001, and 9001
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accredited laboratory
- Team management experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Skills in numerical and statistical analysis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Availability to travel between our 4 laboratories from Romania (Bucharest, Cluj Napoca, Ploiesti and Targu Mures)
- Independence, consistency, and innovation
- Fluent in English

- Responsibility for managing, implementing, and improving quality systems processes
- Regular updating the Quality Manual and Document Management System
- Conducting internal audits, proficiency testing, complaint management and metrology
- Guidance of the HSE Management System and HSE complaint management
- Communication with the RENAR accreditation institute and other state institutions
- Compiling and conducting quality staff trainings
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports
- Ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standardsQuality team leadership, development and motivation
