- Conduct thorough inspections of various highway construction activities, including excavation, grading, paving, concrete works, signage, and road markings, among others.
- Perform inspections at different stages of the project, from initial site preparation to final completion, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
- Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and instruments to perform tests and measurements accurately.
- Document inspection results, test reports, and any deviations from the quality standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety regulations and procedures during inspections.
2. Quality Control Procedures:
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality control procedures for the highway project.
- Ensure that all materials, equipment, and workmanship meet the project's quality requirements.
- Identify potential quality issues or non-conformities and report them to the Quality Manager for corrective action.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance on quality control processes and best practices.
3.Compliance and Documentation:
- Review project plans, specifications, and applicable codes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and quality control activities.
