Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Python Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of developers, oversee data integration and automation projects, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable solutions. This role requires technical expertise in Python, Java, databases, and API development, as well as strong leadership skills to guide the team in implementing best practices and optimizing workflows.
The ideal candidate should also have experience working with cloud-based repositories (GitLab, AWS or similar) and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent), but the primary focus will be on data integration, analytics, and automation.
Ideal candidate:
5+ years of experience in software development using Python and Java;
Proven experience in leading and managing development teams;
Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases and query optimization;
Experience in API development and integration;
Hands-on experience with data analytics and processing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.);
Experience with Git-based repositories (GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, AWS CodeCommit, or similar);
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent) could be a plus;
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field;
4+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Project & Technical Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and optimization of data integration pipelines using Python and Java;
Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless data exchange;
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval;
Utilize NumPy, Pandas, PySpark, SciPy, or other analytics libraries for data processing and analysis;
Implement and optimize automated data workflows to improve efficiency;
Work with Git-based repositories such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, or cloud-based solutions like AWS CodeCommit, Azure Repos;
Leverage experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent) as needed, but without a core focus on ML development;
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through version control, code reviews, and best practices.
