Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee all phases of transformation projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and provide regular reports to the Transformation Director and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and proactively propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Sustainability: Support the company's sustainability initiatives by coordinating projects designed to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable business practices.
- Internal Communication: Ensure efficient communication with all stakeholders, providing clarity and transparency in all project aspects.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement continuous improvements to optimize project processes and efficiency.
