· You are experienced in using SAP and common MS Office applications and have business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Job Description
· You take on the organization, coordination, and optimization of all worldwide procurement-related activities as well as the management of supplier-related processes.
· You assist in contract negotiations, coordinate necessary delivery and timelines within the project, and ensure timely delivery.
· You initiate purchasing processes and create analyses (which may require technical understanding) as well as regular reports to present the purchasing status in customer projects, including escalating issues when project success is at risk.
· You coordinate and align purchasing activities with the project team to avoid delivery delays.
· You work closely with internal interface departments.
