Project Administrator, Cluj-Napoca
Job Description
The primary purpose of the role is to support the Project Manager in all aspects of Tier 2 and Tier 3 types of project handling and ensure full compliance with all Emerson Trade Compliance and Ethical Business policies and procedures. As a project administrator you will work closely with the Project Managers and Project Engineer to have the commercial and technical review of the orders done and understand customer’s requirements.

In This role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Take part in the internal project Kick Off Meetings and progress report meetings – face to face or via conference calls
* Ensure the on-time and complete entering of the orders in the ERP system
* Handle order changes and coordinate this with the Project Manager, Project Engineer and/or factory
* Validate lead time with support from the manufacturing execution coordinator or planning team
* Support with purchase of buy outs and monitor supplier progress
* In charge with the progress of orders, provide updates as needed to Project Managers and/order Customers, and assist with any escalations to factory
* Work with Documentation team to ensure that project documentation is ready on time so that milestone payments are met

For This Role, You Will Need
* 2-3 years of relevant professional working experience, preferably in an administrative role, customer support, back office.
* Languages: English - Advanced
* Good knowledge about contractual and commercial aspects of projects would be an advantage
* Proficient PC office applications. MS Word/Excel etc.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Italian language or other European language would be nice to have
* Experience working with an ERP system
* Basic knowledge of project environment and project execution methodologies
* Previous experience working in project based activities in a multinational environment
