Job Description

What you will be doing:
  • Acts as a point of contact between the Partner and assigned internal clients, other colleagues, and clients (as applicable).
  • Manages the agenda of the Partner and assigned internal clients.
  • Organizes meetings and keeps meeting minutes if necessary.
  • Manages correspondence (including writing some messages) for the Partner and assigned internal clients.
  • Provides administrative support regarding the drafting of official documents, trips, presentations, campaigns, statements, time attendance, etc., for the Partner and assigned internal clients.
  • Organizes travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and preparation of required documents.
  • Management of documents, including processing, control, and administration.
  • Provides management assistance as a connecting link between managers and employees.
  • Financial administration and analysis, including: creating client codes, raising invoices, issuing credit notes, and chasing debts, keeping financial trackers updated, running and analyzing financial reports, and preparing budgets and working with key stakeholders to meet financial targets.
  • Undertakes management of all financial procedures relating to engagement time, expense costs, and billing.
  • Prepares budgets, monitors project costs and expenses, and keeps the manager informed.
  • Issues invoices and monitors cash collection.
  • Collaborates during reporting.
  • Initiates Admin and Risk Management procedures for new and recurring clients.
  • Updates client information in various systems, creates new clients, and manages related acceptance procedures.
