Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in production planning or material planning;
- Analytical and numerical skills;
- Organized person, with the ability to prioritize work tasks;
- Coordination and decision-making abilities;
- Good PC Knowledge (solid Microsoft Office skills – MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint; E-mail);
- ERP knowledge is a must (SAP is an important advantage, but not mandatory);
- Fluent English speaker – Mandatory; Italian – conversational level -> big Plus;
- Team player.
Job Description
- Constantly check factory capacity, customer sales orders, production schedules, inventory reports;
- Update work center capacity to meet capacity requirements;
- Receive and confirm customer orders;
- Plan and prepare production schedules for all work centers according to production sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders;
- Prepare production reports;
- Coordinate new product implementation and phase-in / phase-out projects;
- Communicate with:- internal stakeholders: buyer, expediter, the different area responsible external stakeholders: customers;
- Responsible for KPI: on-time delivery to the customer, production attainment.
