• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services required for the construction project.
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Maintain and update procurement records and contracts.
• Coordinate the transportation and delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site.
• Ensure timely and efficient distribution of resources to avoid delays in project timelines.
• Manage inventory, track stock levels, and ensure availability of required items.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or cost.
• Monitor procurement and logistics expenditures to stay within project budget constraints.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, project specifications, and legal regulations.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, reports, and compliance purposes.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless coordination.
• Provide timely updates on procurement status and logistics planning to ensure alignment with project schedules.
