Process Engineer - Romania plant

For our production site in Romania, we are looking for a Process Engineer to program and oversee the automated machines essential for production, as well as manage all related tools and equipment. Could you be the right fit?

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in a technical or mechanical field, or a related discipline.
  Previous experience, even if brief, in similar roles within production companies.
• Experience with CAD software (preferably Rhinoceros).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Mother tongue Romanian, Fluent English (Italian speaking is a plus).
• Teamwork and Collaboration.
• Organization, proactivity and problem-solving skills.
• An innovative mindset characterized by strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• High motivation and availability to travel (one week every other month).

The main tasks will be:

• Programming the CAD software for the production line machinery.
• Verify that all tooling is accurate for production and consistent with the approved tooling from R&D and and Quality Control.
• Ensure the maintenance and supervision of the work area for this machinery.
• Contribute to the implementation of automated machinery solutions to improve production efficiency.
• Collaborate with external partners, including raw material suppliers, tooling manufacturers, die-cutting producers, and automatic stitching machine manufacturers.
• Support stitching teams by addressing requests and requirements from automated machinery.
• Serve as a liaison between the R&D department in Italy and the Production team in Romania, overseeing all aspects of production tooling realization and approval (stitching jig, heat press jigs, Process Flow Charts…).
