- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an process engineer;
- Experience in implementing new products;
- Increased capacity for planning, organizing;
- Person oriented towards performance and continuous improvement;
- Proactive attitude;
- Knowledge in the implementation of project management and continuous improvement methodologies, such as: Gant chart; Kanban; Kaizen; Six Sigma, LEAN, 8D, PDCA; Fishbone diagram; and Pareto.
Skills:
Time study, Lean Manufacturing, NX, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, PRD – SAP, Problem solving.
Job Description
- Optimizes and standardizes the auxiliary processes and the layout;
- Identifies the possibilities of automating the existing processes and takes care of their implementation;
- Optimizes the flow of materials and logistics in the production areas, injection and pad printing;
- Develops, implements and optimizes production processes and working conditions;
- Provides support for continuous improvement and comes up with solutions to solve problems in production departments;
- Norms and establishes the number of operators depending on the product/process;
- Identifies, establishes and implements continuous improvement solutions in order to reduce costs;
- Defines and realizes specifications for new processes and automation projects;
- Maintains contact with suppliers in his area of responsibility;
- Pre-validates/accepts equipment at the supplier's location, plans, tracks and ensures compliance with the agreed delivery term;
- Identifies and eliminates the problems that cause the reduction of production capacity;
- Trains the team leaders and operators for new processes/products;
- Defines specifications and implements new technologies in the factory.
