Job Description

Job Description:
As a Photovoltaic (PV) Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of photovoltaic power plant projects. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, budgets, and ensuring the quality and safety of the installations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical knowledge of photovoltaic systems, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination and Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between electrical designers, internal park designers, assembly and execution companies, and suppliers of specific parts and equipment (e.g., solar panels, inverters, distribution boxes, medium and high voltage equipment).
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

2. Construction and Assembly Supervision:

- Oversee the construction and assembly of photovoltaic power plants, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Supervise grid connection works and coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders.

3. Testing and Commissioning:

- Assist in conducting preliminary and commissioning tests upon the completion of execution and assembly works.
- Ensure that all systems are functioning correctly and meet performance criteria.

4. Operations and Maintenance:

- Coordinate and monitor the ongoing operation and periodic maintenance of photovoltaic power plants after commissioning.
- Ensure proper archiving of technical documentation and technical instructions for operation and maintenance.

5. Technical Assistance and Support:

- Provide technical assistance for maneuvers, repairs, replacements, and refurbishments.
- Prepare documentation for the spare parts procurement.

6. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor the operation of PV power plants using available devices and systems (e.g., local SCADA, inverter SCADA).
- Generate and present regular reports on project status, performance, and any issues that arise.

Working Conditions:
- This position requires occasional travel to project sites.
- Work may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and construction environments.

Type of contract: indefinite period (3-month probationary period)
