Job Description

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Coordinator and PA who is ambitious, eager to learn, and solution oriented. This role is critical in shaping our HR function and providing essential support to our Director.

Key Expectations:
  • Self-Starter: The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and managing their own workload. You will need to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: We need someone with a can-do attitude who approaches challenges with enthusiasm. You will encounter tasks that may be new to the Director, and you should be able to tackle these head-on, finding solutions independently and navigating issues as they arise.
  • Adaptable and Resourceful: The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and grow, demonstrating the ability to find information and resources on their own to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must be able to articulate your ideas clearly and collaborate effectively, even when working autonomously.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
Delivering a seamless HR service, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, creating policies and training.
Managing PA duties for the Director, ensuring efficient organization and administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with the Director to outline roles and budgets and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Conduct market research for talent acquisition, particularly in Romania.
  • Strategize recruitment campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn.

Onboarding & Induction:
  • Organize accommodations and logistics for new hires.
  • Oversee the induction process, ensuring new employees feel welcomed and informed.

Employee Relations:
  • Develop HR policies that reflect our values and culture.
  • Provide guidance on employee welfare and handle sensitive issues with discretion.

Training & Development:
  • Identify and recommend training programs to enhance employee skills.

Payroll & Administration:
  • Coordinate payroll processes, ensuring compliance and timely management of records.
  • Support the Director with administrative tasks, including diary management and travel organization.
